The property itself was comfortable and well-located, making it a great place to live if we set aside the landlord's involvement. The area and location were fantastic, and we truly enjoyed being part of the neighborhood.

The flat's interiors were slightly dated, but that wasn’t an issue for us—what mattered was proper upkeep and maintenance. Unfortunately, the maintenance standards were poor. For example, we had to wait over three weeks for the landlord to fix a broken washing machine, which caused unnecessary inconvenience.
