The property was spacious. Decor and furnishing was a little outdated, but issues were fixed quickly.

All the living areas are spacious, and there is lots of room for storage - Decent amount of fridge/ freezer space as well as counter space in the kitchen. Having access to the garage is great for bikes and bigger items needing to store. The house is on the older side and the furnishings are a bit dated, but overall the house is cozy and warm. There have been a couple of maintenance issues with the house due to it's age (radiator in my room was leaking for example), but these were quickly attended to by the landlord and haven't had problems since. The garden space is lovely and catches a lot of sunlight in the summer months. It's a plus also that the garden upkeep is handled through the landlord and tenants don't need to worry about it.

Whilst the property is somewhat outdated, I’ve found that it makes it all the most comfortable - it’s definitely the most homely out of all the places I’ve lived in.
It’s a very spacious property with plenty of storage space both within the house cupboards and within the large garage.
The garden is regularly maintained by the local maintenance man in the warmer weather, and it gets good sunlight.
