It's a nice upstairs flat, big windows and spacious rooms, the kitchen is smart. However there were underlying issues - window frames rotting, single glazing that rattled, damp on the walls at the back and in the attic rooms, the landlord didn't make windows lockable. It's on a busy road so is lovely and quiet at the back but the front is very noisy, especially at night as lorries go past. The staircase up to the flat is very narrow - would be no good for buggies or bikes etc.
