I’ve never met a guy try to rinse every last bit out of students, despite them having very little to do with the issues with the house. Fault after fault - from the heating breaking to the tap not turning off (the landlord charged us and took this out of our deposit btw). He is a shady asshole who rents this rundown house out before even bothering to clean it and we have photo evidence of this when we arrived. Tried to rinse our deposits for calling out people to fix things that he clearly didn’t check before renting it out such as faulty heating, floorboards/wallboards coming out, boiler issues and there is even a hole in the backdoor😆. The house didn’t sell through all of our tendency due to the quality of the house and DONT live here unless u want to lose money
