There were numerous issues, including faulty appliances like ovens and washing machines.
There is a clear damp problem in the house, both upstairs and downstairs.
The thermostats are in the living room/kitchen areas of upstairs and downstairs to deliberately avoid having to pay for heating during the coldest months which was less of an issue upstairs but was a significant problem downstairs by the look of it.
