Incredibly unprofessional.
This landlord does not care for his tenants, which is painfully and glaringly obvious in how he treats issues with his house.
Threatens to charge extra over even the slightest of issues that are no fault of his tenants.
Uses money as a method of control, scaring his tenants who are students with limited funds into not speaking up about issues such as damp in various areas of the house due to fear over being slammed with expenses for 'time spent dealing with' various issues that are basic responsibilities that come with being a landlord.
Communicates unprofessionally about tenants and is careless about where he is sending messages containing rude and derogatory themes.
Chooses a tenant to communicate with mainly, and is rude and unpleasant to others.
Disregards valid concerns brought up by tenants, mainly concerning damp and mould leading to property damage for multiple residents.
Allows invasive checks on the property and does not give the legally required 24 hours notice before viewings and inspections, violating tenants rights and creating a hostile environment when concerns regarding this issue are brought up, just to name some of the issues that have been endured by those living in the property.

There were numerous issues, including faulty appliances like ovens and washing machines.
There is a clear damp problem in the house, both upstairs and downstairs.
The thermostats are in the living room/kitchen areas of upstairs and downstairs to deliberately avoid having to pay for heating during the coldest months which was less of an issue upstairs but was a significant problem downstairs by the look of it.
