Peter Temm (I think that’s how it’s spelt) broke many rules in his own contract, rarely gave more than 24 hours notice when he just turned up, and when he did let us know he then didn’t turn up... very much in it for the money, and definitely not for the welfare of students. Strongly suggest to not go with his properties. Charged my friend a cleaning fee to hire professional cleaners, then accidentally admitted to doing the cleaning himself

3 rooms (2 small and 1 minuscule), the living room was decent but narrow, switches didn’t work, always hot because it was above a takeaway (Mamaris, nice takeaway btw) the bathroom has no windows and the light didn’t work for half of the time and the kitchen also didn’t have a window - dusty and dirty floor. My radiator didn’t work from November to March (when it was snowing) and fair enough he tried to fix it, but ultimately was not fixed and he tried to talk his out of giving me a fee back for it.

The property is a road-crossing away from the centre of Ormskirk; it can be loud, but it’s close to everything needed. Walk to university is around 10 minutes, but the EHU bus link is a 2 minute walk away
