WARNING: ROGUE TRADERS
Lightbox has been without heating and hot water for months. Noble/Jade couldn't care less and have notacted, in violation of the Landlords and Tenants Act 1985, and the Home (Fitness for Habitation) 2018.
These people are amoral criminals and you must avoid doing business with them at all costs.

Heating has been non existent since February 2025 when I first got the council involved because I had no heating from September 2024.
The council are back and involved again for a number of residents.
I'm always sat in 10⁰ during the cold months with no heating and on top of that there has been Luke warm or freezing cold water for nearly 4 weeks.
They don't care and now they've block all communication from me or just simply won't respond.
You've been warned that I'd take you to court.
Hope you can afford to pay me before you go bankrupt.
