Wouldn't let us have people to stay unless we paid a nightly rate extra. When we moved out tried to charge us huge sums for extra cleaning and many other items. Thankfully we had fully documented the house with videos and photographs when we moved in even though he made us sign a inventory (felt compelled to sign even when not happy) which was patently wrong (cleanliness and broken items totally ignored).
