Rent was raised from 575 to 800. Boiler can't heat a whole bath, you have to do it in two parts 45 minutes apart. Hot shower only lasts 15 minutes. Kitchen laminate is peeling off cupboards. Laminate floor falling apart. Expensive to heat, heating just one single room during winter adds over £100 to the energy bill. Nightmareishly hot in the summer.
