Landlord rating
Absent, uninterested in keeping property in good condition. When I moved in I complained about grease on the walls and red/brown dried fluid on the blinds to be told they're just aesthetic issues and the landlord isn't concerned with aesthetics. Landlord then tried to increase rent from 575 to 800. And then tried to deduct my whole deposit to paint over the grease and replace the blinds that apparently weren't an issue when I raised them.

Bullies, refuse to accomodate disability. Tried to force entry into my property to take photos when I told them not to because I was sick and bedbound. Refused to speak to my carer instead of myself no matter how many times I begged them to and gave permission for my partner to speak on my behalf.

Rent was raised from 575 to 800. Boiler can't heat a whole bath, you have to do it in two parts 45 minutes apart. Hot shower only lasts 15 minutes. Kitchen laminate is peeling off cupboards. Laminate floor falling apart. Expensive to heat, heating just one single room during winter adds over £100 to the energy bill. Nightmareishly hot in the summer.

Lots of youths on off road bikes in the night, regular car crime. Local kids behave inappropriately without intervention from parents.
