The property was nice and large, lots of space but all the issues made it hell to live in. To start off, the kitchen and downstairs bedrooms get VERY little natural light, and the large downstairs bedroom only had flouresent lighting, which for a bedroom is awful but it also faced out onto the street, had floor to ceiling windows but no privacy film (which we purchased) and it was right next to a busy bus stop so often times people would try to press themsleves against the window and peer in as well as try and open the door that was at the front. The windows also did not open in that room leading it to get incredibly stuffy as it relied entirely on the mechincal vents, which weren't working. There was an ongoing leak from the sink since we moved in, which maintenace kept coming and only tightening the faucet without doing any further checks despite our concern about the amount of water pooling on the floor.

This then led to a leak into the downstairs bedroom, something the maintenace team and management said they handled but after the floor had dried, it was never once inspected to see if there was any structural damage as it had been leaking for quite sometime. It also reopened the night before we moved out, which felt like a fitting goodbye.

First day we moved in, we saw the biggest rat on the balcony so that was fun.

Beware: the bathrooms get very mouldly, very quick.
We had a rather bad problem with parcel thefts though as the automatic locking system for the door to the mail area malfunctions quite often and people can just walk in. Main building management, not the landlords, added more security cameras but did not update the door locks.

We reported them to the council and RRO (which we won)
