The house is pretty good. There were problems with getting the heating to the upper floors and the boiler pressure to the upper floors is very low when other people at lower floors are using it. The problems with the heating were fixed by rebalancing the radiators. There's a convenience store and a DIY store just outside the house, which proved very useful.
