Bedroom and kitchen were both redecorated and finished to a high standard not long before I moved in and were both functional and comfortable. Giving 4 stars as the bathroom was still in need of some work to modernise it and match the standard of the rest of the flat plus it could get quite cold as there was no radiator in it but otherwise perfectly functional. Overall a very pleasant property to live in and certainly the best maintained of any of the places I'd looked at while looking for a place to live.
