Nice flat with private garden. Good decor but some cheap items in the flat, including an easily rusted shower pole

The property, 38 Brackley road at first seemed like a great place to rent, fairly nice interior with some nice furniture. There was a serious lack of space and storage was non existent, barely suitable for 2 people to live in. Very cold in the winter since no double glazing, very expensive bills.
