We absolutely lived this property. Despite being a basement flat we found there was a lot of light and found it very spacious for a London flat. The garden patio space was wonderful especially in the summer. The whole flat felt clean and modern and everything felt as though it had been touched up in between us and the previous tenants. It was also wonderful having our own front door as we never had any issues with mail or packages being lost.
