4 bedrooms and a kitchen. Pretty small flat for four people with not much space. Poor quality furniture.

We lived in a 4-bed flat in Broomhall in a block of other flats, we took the property without a full clean due to needing to move in early. However there was belongings from a previous tenant in the fridge and kitchen cupboards that we had to dispose of on moving in. This is not technically a clean, this a removal which should have been completed by the landlord.
