Often poorly organised, at times incompetent. Repairs quick but wasteful. Persistently tried to book viewings without required legal notice.

Made it so you needed a call out to switch off smoke detector, and charge you £100 for the call out. Tried to illicitly claims hundreds of pounds off of the deposit, including for waste in the basement which they had added too after we moved out instead of clearing it (the new tenants let visit whilst they were moving in). Lied about the ownership of the property to encourage us to sign and left a house of 6 with a broken hob for 8 MONTHS. Awful Agency Thornsett, would avoid like the plague.

Incredibly rude staff. Try to tell us to go away on the phone during deposit procedure. Illegally had maintenance done in the flat without tenants' warning or permission. Took a few weeks to replace a smashed window, and made no effort to find who threw the brick through it despite having access to CCTV on the property.

Repairs etc always organised quickly. Property was well maintained and whenever we had any concerns they were always addressed straight away

We raised with the agency several times about drug abuse issues in the flat block, they did nothing in response to this.
