A house that has been converted into two flats. When we first went to view the flat, there was a dehumidifier from the 80's running, outside the bedroom. I asked her if there was mould and favzana guaranteed there wasn't and it was just to keep the air clean. After 2 months in the property, we found out this was a lie. The bedroom, bathroom and living room were covered in black mould. We reported this to the agency and the landlady. The labdlady then decided to go and check this out, whilst we were at work, without notifying us (she lives 2 doors down). She then claimed we didn't ventilate suffuciently. It was the middle of winter and the all the windows were open for 2 full hours every single day. She then blamed it on condensation and refused to do anything about it. We were also made to pay £70 every three months, for tje upkeep of her horrendous garden. She is extremely nosy and arrogant and had no concept of privacy. Avoid at all costs.
As the property is a house that was converted into a flat, you can hear everything the neighbours upstairs do and viseversa.
The bathroom and bedroom have silverfish, that come out at night. We reported it to landlady, but she did nothing about it.
