Every property that I have lived in or visited that belongs to this letting agency has reflected squalor and disrepair. Numerous tenants have complained of severe mould, unsafe electrics and the agent being rude, non responsive and continually breaching the contracts. Property 1. Most tenants of this letting agent are vulnerable or single mothers, some properties overcrowded and many have been found to have ‘live’ electrics and unqualified people coming in to do the repairs only after weeks or even months of reporting problems and concerns.
