Small bathroom with too much equipment badly plumbed in. The toilet flush didn't work, which I mentioned several times, and was told 'it's fine'. Mould in the bathroom, the skirting board had rotted by the toilet (again I did mention this) and in the bedroom above the window meaning the blind frequently fell down due to soft walls and in an internal cupboard meaning the fabric in there reeked when I moved out. Living room decent size for London, again the blind was broken, frequently fell down due to moisture around the window. Kitchen grimy and hard to keep clean due to the window being opposite the estate bins and the flat itself being on a main road as described, opposite a bus stop and Hackney's main hospital and police station.
