Fab homes 104 High Road (with 17 rooms at 102 high road) has numerous problems with the property. They refuse to fix washing machines on numerous occasions. It was broken for a month and landlord Udai fobs you off with ridiculous replies. He also charges £3.40 for the liberty on top of rent for the use of this. In addition we have had numerous noise issues which is blatently ignores and agains blames someone else. The staff in the agency are quite rude and very unhelpful so getting anything fixed (including the heating during winter broken) takes time without any long term fixes.
