The house had some nice aspects to it, but the roof leaked in to the bedroom and a lot of the furniture and fittings were really cheap and badly made. I can imagine the landlord will end up blaming a tenant when the crap stuff breaks too. Also the house had loads of stuff left in it by the maintenance team/ landlord.

With a little more effort it could be a great house, but all the finish jobs have been done cheaply and quickly.
