I loved this apartment! It is very spacious for a one bedroom in the town center, with a large bedroom, living room and kitchen. It's a great location on South Street, close to everything but still pretty quiet. It had plenty of nice furniture, storage, kitchen supplies, a combination washer/dryer and a dishwasher. It gets a lot of sunlight, and has a nice view out the window of St Mary's Quad. It was always warm because of being above Zest, so I rarely had to use the heating. It's next to The Criterion which was slightly noisy on occasion, but I actually liked hearing their live music nights. The entrance stairway is a little dingy and full of Zest's bins, but that didn't bother me.
