The property is awful, and the reason for this review. I lived in flat 1, downstairs at the front.

Bathroom: The en suite toilet is broken. I got it fixed once but it broke again. The fn doesn't work so is is mouldy. Sewer smell comes from the sink. The hot water lasts for 3 minutes.

Bedroom: There is single glazing and the heater has to be on constantly to make the temperature >19 degrees. I had to bring my own. The wardrobe is nailed to the wall to stop it falling, but is coming away. The shelves inside it are close to collapse (may end up killing me).

Kitchen: I cannot go in because it is disgusting. There is a family of slugs living in there, probably having a better time than me. My neighbours who share the kitchen leave it in a state, and I was told communal areas are cleaned by the letting agent - I have been there for 2 years and it has happened 4 times.

Property in general: The roof fell in last year. We were burgled twice. Some roof slates fell off and nearly killed me a few months ago. The fire alarm goes off frequently. I have had to leave the property several times to sleep elsewhere because water trips the fuse and the alarm doesn't stop. People in the building smoke, and it smells of weed the majority of the time. A long term tenant upstairs sings loud karaoke from 8am-11:30pm most days (and he isn't good). He frequently loses his keys too, and so the locks get changed about 3 times a year, often when I am not there to pick up the new set, resulting in me being locked out. There is a theft problem within the property - lots of my post (after having seen it be delivered in the morning on my way out) is stolen by the time I get back, including parcels, cards with money etc. Food is often stolen from my cupboard, so I cannot store things in the kitchen.
