Property in very poor condition.
The building is semi detached and the outside wall gets covered in mould. Letting agency confirmed it's an ongoing problem but landlord refused to do anything to improve ventilation.
Second bathroom literally started falling away from the rest of the building while we lived there - massive gap in the wall opened up to the outside. Landlord simply covered with plaster rather than address underlying issue.
All windows are painted shut.
Very draughty, doesn't retain heat.
No carpets so can clearly here neighbors at all hours of the day.
Only positive is the decent sized living room, though of course this was originally marketed as a second bedroom.
