The property is split on two floors. The kitchen, living room and a tiny toilet downstairs. And one room with a shower (no walls) upstairs. The flat is nice during summer, but gets rather cold in winter. Both heaters works - one on each floor - but they are basic electric models and do not support a timer. You'll need to manually turn on and off. Appliances are old and having the shower without a wall, or anything to give privacy, seriously devalue the property.
