Poor. Didn't care and were clearly over-worked. Our property manager even acknowledged they were spread too thin. On Move-Out day, one of their workers mocked us for living in such a decrepit hole to the property owners. No professionalism or care.

Colder than anything I've ever experience. The ventilation was awful and mold was growing everywhere in days. No help from the agency or landlord - who suggested we keep the woodburner going 24/7 to combat the cold.
