Landlord rating
The landlord was all right with repairs but in the end he did not respond in spite of the agent;s request. Our end of tenancy was 16th August 2019. He started harrassing us from end of April, asking when we would be leaving the property. He barged in whenever he wanted without prior appointment. After we moved our furniture from the property, he trespassed into the property and started sending threatening texts and asked us to hand over the keys (before 16th August 2019).
He had not keep the deposit money into DPS scheme(Citizen's Advice Bureau checked into three schemes and found he had not transferred the money to any of the deposit schemes like DPS. He did not carry out the inventory check out and we had to carry out at our expense. We had to pay the landlord;s agent to pay for the inventory check out. Inspite of a report which stated that we had returned the property in a better state than we were given, the landlord still has not returned a single penny.

They had carried out the inventory check-in before we moved in but failed to carry out inventory check out when we moved out after a year , with the excuse of no funds available. They went on advertising the property to future tenants in spite of knowing that the landlord had not deposited our deposit money into DPS scheme.
