Landlord you have to chase over and over, he will promise to change/fix the issue but then always comes up with excuses. Carries all work out himself safely checks etc.. not tidy when carrying out work. Does turn up at the property unannounced, just asks what the issue is and then nothing. Will always fight back and disagree. Unable to grade any lower, no option!

I had to clean, remove rubbish which was dumped in and out of the house (food, old furniture etc..) and repaint as the house was in a terrible state with replastered ceilings just left. Floors, wiring, doors all old. House is all cold and loads of draft, not good for children. You have to slam doors for them to shut. The floor And carpets are so old with gaps and they creek. The outside of the property is so uneven and muddy, puddles where you park your car, in winter this is a major hazard as all freeze over. The Gate is second hand and breaking after 2 months. The cooker/oven has burned with multiple holes. , just burns/dries out your food. Dining room has a constant smell. I wouldn’t even give 1 star.
