Landlord rating
Worst one you get ever get. You will be asked to vacate the house for a few hours if there is any mortgage evaluation or anything as the house is not registered as an HMO although it should be. The landlord has also lied on the remortgage form regarding the number of people living in the house.

Property rating
The property is actually a 4 bedroom room house but even the living room is rented so total 5. There are too many people in the house and bathroom is always occupied. Landlord usually lies on the advert when advertising the living room and says it is a professional house with 4 professionals, but actually there is a family of 4 adults and 2 kids already living in the house.
They usually leave the kids unattended so they might come and ask you for food or other help.
And you will not get your deposit back and the reason will be something silly like you used to cook food that requires a lot of stirring and hence you have scratched the electric hob.some of the other people in the house don't understand English and you will see them using steel scrubber on the hob but the other family is landlord's girlfriend and her family. So you will be the one at fault.
