Greedy person. Not repairing or securing the property even after rat bite incident within the property. Th rats had full access to the property, the landlord knew it and failed to secure the property properly.

Coopers are worse ever, very greedy and always side with the landlord, all they want is the money and have no concern for the safety of the tenants

Well decorated property however the property is missing any flooring in the kitchen and the landlady did not even bother to fix it after rats had made a nest in the property after digging into the ground. There is no flooring behind the sink, not visible and the landlady made every effort to hide it.

Nice area and good neighbours. The road is a really nice with good bunch of people living in the area.
