Landlord rating
The landlord is lying outright to you, does not know/respect the rules, does not do any repairs, and only invest in the cheapest furniture possible. Very bad experience and would recommend to avoid.

The property is split in two and the sound proofing is non existant. You feel like in a flat share with a very noisy neighbour. Only positive is the garden but still the situation was not sustainable.
