Awful! Never wanted to do repairs. Tried to raise my rent by £300 a month in the middle of a pandemic forcing me to leave my home. The landlords daughter is nasty and she is the one that manages the houses avoid this landlord they are evil they own property in Cowper road, Herbert road and pope road Bromley avoid!

The overall condition of the property was poor. I lived seven years without the property being fully Earthed so dodgy electrics so avoid. Roof is leaking which took three years to get half repaired. It’s still leaking. Windows leaked for seven years just repaired but badly. Damp in the property avoid

Area rating
Great transport links not a bad area but has gone downhill somewhat. Bus stops are about ten minutes walk. Local park nearby but not safe. Nice little coop and pizza place but not as nice an area as it used to be avoid
