agengency was slow to react to issues such as internet and electrics blew and tried blaming tenants for a mouse problem, even though the problem was to do with the lack of sealing the external and internal pipe routes. Also the agency broke their side of the contract where they were kept comming in the property without giving anyone 24 hour notice.

The kitchen is modern. its a bit small and the cramped which made cooking difficult if another person was in there. Even though we had a back yard. the fridge freezer blocked the back door- dangerous as there is no exit incase of a fire. the stove is next to the kitchen door. The living room is located upstairs and isnt the best communal room. could really do with a sofa or some comft chairs. The bedrooms themselves are also generous. my room was a reasonable size. the bed was resaonable size with a modern onsuite. All in all 6/10

The area was actually alright, quite, no problems or disburbances However it was by a main road with no parking on front which made it difficult to get deliveries or taxi. The House itself it not too bad. its within 15 minutes of local travel links (Bus station and tram stops) The house is located over the road from a retail park with shopping amenties and a Gym.
