Landlord rating
No heating for 6 months throughout the winter. Had to get a lawyer on his back just to get the repairs done and he refused my notice and threatened me with court action even though I did nothing wrong. He just harassed me all the time and I had to stay in a hotel I was that scared for my own safety

Flat was too big. Didn’t tell me about the debt on the gas. Lived with no heating for 6 months. Repairs weren’t done and it wasn’t safe for people with disabilities
