Landlord rating
The landlord was awful. The landlords son was in charge of maintenance nothing got done when requested. The roof was never fixed until weeks before we moved out with constant water coming in. Decided to serve notice because we kept complaining about the damage and stated we would contact the council regarding the issues.

The property was in a terrible state. Badly marked. Extensive roof damage which was pre-existing but never repaired until weeks before we moved out.
