2 bedroom house in a great area of Cleveleys. The front windows hadn't been replaced in years, and the windowsill had a hole in it, both the front and back door were unsecured and let in draughts and rain, the house was in the most vile state when we moved it; furniture left, wardrobes full of things including a dirty nappy, bins were full, there was an actual bag of vomit I had to remove. The bedrooms had mould in them. The landlady continuously promised improvements and did nothing.

Super close to bus routes and Cleveleys centre. Neighbours varied but that's expected everywhere.
