Agent, Dixon Halesowen, is all about collecting fees. Despite requesting and receiving fees from us (for nothing), they ignored our emails regarding maintenance. They work for the landlord but collect fees from all.

174 Carters Lane Birmingham, semi-detached house on a very busy street. Old, poorly maintained, no walls insulation (rated 'very poor' on energy certificate). House shakes when lorries pass by, and it's difficult to move your car out and into the driveway.

Not very great access to public facilities or transportation, very few shops around, and the nearest train station is around 10-min drive. As for safety, you should always check your house/car's door is locked; thieves regularly check for unlocked cars on that street.
