Never spends any money on his properties (confirmed by neighbours).
Deflects maintainance issues by gathering quotes which are never acceptable.
Covers up issues rather than fixing (paint-over).
Any repairs at the lowest possible cost and quality.
Quite dishonest.

Do not work for their tenants interests.
