Extremely poor service and timelines for repairs. Never contactable unless it was them needing something. Landlord seemingly very close friends with member of staff. Laughing and joking together outside the house after turning up unnanounced

Three bedrooms. Mould to living room ceiling, childrens' bedrooms and en-suite bathroom for three year period. Constantly flooding garden due to insufficient drainage and no sunlight
