Property rating
The property would be perfect if the Boiler had worked from the start. I eventually got it replaced by legal action. It is otherwise a lovely house in great condition (2018)

Area rating
its bitter Sweet.
On the one hand its central and quiet with plenty amenities. On the other there are cheap properties in the area which are run down and rented to drug addicts. in 5 months in the area I have seen heroin needles on the street 3 times but its probably quite good for Central Middlesbrough. There is plenty Great food and grocery stores for the amateur chefs.
