Owned by a husband a wife. Everything done on the cheap and several botched jobs. Most of the work completed by their son who lives in the granny flat underneath.

Victorian end of terrace. Spacious house and big garden. In poor state of repair. Draughty, cold and neglected. Two floors and a granny flat underneath. Leaky roof, terribly cold conversatory which leads to the kitchen. All fixtures are tired, worn and were dirty when I moved in
