The landlord started off ok but as time progressed he became increasingly less attentive and largely relied on us to find him tradesmen to fix plumbing and electrical issues. He then became downright rude and unpleasant and blamed us for issues which he had allowed to fester because of his inattention. He seemed to have similar problems with his other properties.

The property had been recently refurbished and decorated. However the landlord had gone cheap on fixtures and fittings, whether door handles, light switches, blinds or white goods.
