He is not easy person to approach. He never fixes anything at home and when he does, he expect me to pay half of the repair costs.
I have sent a lot of complains to the council and nobody does anything. I do not know what to do anymore.

Property rating
Due to a leaking pipe running through the electrical bulb socket in the ceiling, water has been seeping through the roof for a year. Consequently, we've lost power in half of the house, and the entire residence is now plagued by excess humidity. I have changed carpet twice in two years.
