Never fixed things on time, always argued with me. Toilet broke once, and he told a 40 year old man that I wasn't flushing hard enough. Turns out he needed to have the entire unit replaced. Heating went out once, I was left for over a week to basically figure it out for myself, again arguing with me rather than finding a solution.

Tried to scam me for £120 for fire department needing to break a front window due to an accident that was not my fault. That legally is not the tenants responsibility.

All in all, money grabbing scammer!

Place has water and weird damp leaking through the walls. Front entrance above the archway looks like some type of asbestos, appearing on peeling bedroom and livingroom walls too.

Smells from all cupboards of extreme basement like damp will appear within weeks of moving in. His solution was sticking an air freshener inside my kitchen cupboards with my plates in there. (madness)

Area rating: 1

Loud, in the path of direct traffic that are not from the area. A lot of rough people and gypsies passing through.

Loud parties 4x a year from the pub which is 2 doors away. They even close the entire road off and put a stage in the middle of it.
