Landlord rating
Landlady didn’t like when I ask her about any of the issue. It was my first experience so I tried not to bother her considering her age. As she was older lady. But she sugar coats herself. She responded to my queries as if I am the one who have been creating issues. I was only there for 5 months.

Property rating
Property is in good condition but needs alot repair. The toilet gets clogged every other day without any known reason. The sink basin in the toilet is loose. Less than 50 square meter in size. Quite small in size
