Lovely landlord, always replies quickly and sends professionals for the couple of repairs I've needed. Her husband came to fix the back gate but this was all done to a high standard. No problems and wish I could rent here forever because of how great this landlord is!

Agent just did the setup, day to day is direct with landlord but she let me do a video walk around and put me forward to the landlord. Very professional and clearly cares about matching the right landlords and tenants together. Only let's good quality homes and gave a very personal service despite me being a bit remote to the local area before moving. Whole process was very smooth and wouldn't hesitate to use again if I need to.

Excellent condition property, well decorated and feels like a home. The landlord used to live here and definitely put love and care into this property before moving on and renting it. 3 bedrooms, 2 of great size, 1 I use as an office and the main has an ensuite. Great sized gardens Inc shed.

It's quiet here. That's why I chose it. The area is mostly new builds in a sort of hidden estate, walking distance to supermarkets and fast food places. Town is a 20min walk, there's no local buses due to the small population but nothing is very far. The train running north and to London is only 20m walk or 5min drive and there's lots of nature to be seen (why I moved here). The neighbours are all nice. I wake up to the sound of birds and a bit of local traffic but despite being quite close to the A1 and the main road to town, it's overpowered by the birds in the garden.
