They are couple who did not want to spend any money to keep a basic maintenance in the house so ended having a massive issues that made the house have not habitable and didn't even care about their own property so even less about our health and safety despite we always paid rent on time until we left. I do not recommend them.

I don't recommend them at all, as they do not have any idea on how to handle and manage a property. Lack of professionalism and knowledge. They couldn't help to sort out the property issues, wasted our time and also wanted us to sign another contract without even reading it.

It was a bungalow with two bedrooms, shower room, two toilet, kitchen, living room and dining room, garden and garage. The property has a big issue of raising damp, lack of insulation in loft, condensation in most of the windows and mould in walls (considering it had wallpaper all around), skirting boards and ceiling. It also has a water leak in garage roof that is connecting to kitchen producing mould behind and inside kitchen cabinets. We raised the issues plenty of times and they never sorted them out so we had to leave as we couldn't risk our health for longer.
