Tenancy review for Flat 10 Vishnu Court in Barkingside, Ilford rented from Nadarajah Vishnurajah

In the last 2 years we’ve had problems with the bedroom ceiling leaking water from the roof, the landlord took steps to help with the issue as well as starting the process of fixing the roof. This is still in process, it’s taking a very long time and there are leak stains on one wall but nothing that can’t be managed. Everytime we have a problem he will fix it, it may just take a couple days before he comes to you with a solution so we’ve learned to be patient, he will get the job done. With urgent requests he’s always on it asap.

Nice area, on Cranbrook Road so not the most silent but not the loudest either. Bus stop is right in front of the door so very safe to get back home on a night out without having to walk.
